I think that marijuana should be legal but only for medical issues.

I think that alcohol should be banned from beaches because then people who drink would leave their bottles all over, then they brake, and that goes into the water.

I believe marijuana should be legalized because if it is than the government can make some money if they decide to sell it. Also, if marijuana gets legalized crimes will be reduced. Might as well legalize it because if it isn’t people will still do it without any remorse.

I think that marijuana should be legalized because there would be not too many crimes do to marijuana. They could also make a lot of money off of it.

I believe that it should be legal because there’s nothing bad about it…do your research..stop listening to your foolish teachers..Marijuana is not a drug first of all, it’s a phsycdalic plant used by native americans in North and South America..there are more phsycadilic plants in the world that are way stronger then my beloved Mary Jane..the Indians knew something about weed, they used it for spiritual perpesses ..i agree with them..they still do…their right…the only problem with weed is most of you abuse it and don’t even know how to use it..for example…when you smoke Weed, your suppose to be in a relax state of conscious, such as meditating, or laying down, or just “chillin”…some of you come to school and get “high” and walk around and trying to hide the fact that your blazed…that’s a no no..plz guys..stop doing that….go home, relax, chill, then do it if you want…school?….no..kills the hole meaning of being on that level state of conscious… so yes it should be legal..its only band because they don’t want you to be spiritual…yes “they”… I mean come on..drinking is legal but weed is not…how many times have you herd of someone beating up someone else when they were high in the sky? Never…what about when they were drunk? All the time…im sure we have all seen it happen before…and weed never kills or gives cancer…FOR GODS SAKE THEY USE IT FOR MEDICAL PERPESSOS!!!!!

Smoking Tobacco kills 400,000 approximately in the United States. You tell me if it should be illegal…its posin..bunch of rich white guys get paid by tobacco..thats the only reason why it isn’t illegal….

Actually I do think it should be legalized because even though it is illegal people still tend to do it and nothing can really stop them. I walk down the street and see a dude smoking a blunt right across the street from the police station and the police don’t do a damn thing about it. So if the police are not going to do anything then why shouldn’t it be legalized?

Yes because the rates for domestic violence in the past 2 years have gone down thanks to this new law…but I have still been to beach partys where there is alcoholic beverages ..but the people are responsible ..if you can hide it go head..the people that are hiding it arent going to start fighting when they are drunk cause they no better in the first place..not always the case but most likey it is…so yes…but it doesn’t mean you secretly cant enjoy it on the beach..right

I believe it should only be legalized for people that need to go through Quemoy Therapy. Or people that need it in order to survive, because marijuana is in certain medicines that we need. On the other hand, I don’t think it should be legalized because people only really want it to get high. It is just going to cause pollution, and it can cause fires, because people won’t have their intelligence to know what’s really going on.
Well it’s not that bad I guess, but it is causing pollution and fires, so maybe.

I’ve never been drunk so I wouldn’t know.

I believe that if the world wants to get rid of MJ well it has to legalize it because ones it’s legalize the people that did the hard jobs of crossing it or making sure the cops don’t get their hands to it won’t have any work so then MJ will just become another thing like alcohol and cigarettes and people will do it and then later on get bored of it. Is getting drunk fun? Well it depends if you like looking like a fool in front of the people and the next day made fun off with out you knowing why that is happening.

No, I think that marijuana should only be legalized only for medical reasons. If marijuana is legalized then the government and professionals should only handle them. Because it can get really out of hand if everybody gets their hands on marijuana and it can be passed down to little kids. Yes, I think tobacco should be illegalized because everybody can get their hands on it. It’s very harmful when you leave it lying around and a little kid gets their hands on tobacco. So I think that it should only be illegalized for that but on the other hand it shouldn’t because adults are addicted to tobacco. No, I do not like to drink beer. The smell of it and the taste of it just makes me want to throw up. But if you want to drink beer I suggest that you just drink it really fast so you won’t get the taste on your tongue. No, getting drunk isn’t fun because once you’re drunk you can get yourself into a lot of trouble. You can break out into fights or something bad can really happen that would really affect your life. Yes, alcohol should be banned on beaches because there are fights that break out and people start problems with other people. It is very dangerous to be drunk while you’re at the beach and you have to drive home.

I think that marijuana should not be legal because that will bring more problems than we just have. If marijuana became legal more people will became more addicts and new people will start to consume this thing, because buying this will be legal and it will be like buying hot chips in the store. Also there will be more death people because many narcos will try to have more clients the others so they will fight and kill for the business.
I don’t know who came up with this idea but I think that is very stupid idea. But I hope that never marijuana became legal in this country and any country.

I think it should, because there’s a lot of people getting high already, I mean it shouldn’t be illegal for medical reasons too. Not sure about Tobacco though. Beer is good. I like the Mexican beer, jajajajaja! Corona is alright but Modelo is better! :] Hells yeah getting drunk is fun! Once I got so drunk, I was on the floor of my friend’s house with whipped cream all over the walls. Uhh…Maybe I shouldn’t have shared that. Beach should be banned from beaches because the beach is a public place, and there could be more riots occurring because of that and a lot of innocent people could get hurt.

No, marijuana shouldn’t be legal because of the health effects it has on people. It’s illegal for a reason. Yes, tobacco should be illegal because first of all, it already is illegal for children under 18 and for all the addiction it causes, as well as how many people die from tobacco use each year. No, I do not like beer. It smells horrible and is completely pointless. I don’t think getting drunk is fun. I’ve never been drunk so I wouldn’t know. Yes, alcohol should be banned from beaches because the beach is supposed to be a fun place. It wouldn’t be fun with a bunch of drunken people yelling and running around like idiots. There are kids at the beach and drinking wouldn’t be a good example for those kids.
